We are pleased to support individuals and families working with DWIHN through self-direction programs. 

Our goal is to support Veterans and Direct Care Workers during the enrollment process as well as throughout our time together. Enrolling with a financial management services provider requires a series of forms for both Veterans and Direct Care Workers. These forms establish the Veteran as an employer and Direct Care Workers as employees.
